Corporate Retreats — Arabian Gulf
Bespoke corporate retreats across Dubai, AlUla, Oman and the Gulf — designed for US and European leadership teams who demand more than a meeting room.
Why the Arabian Gulf
The Gulf combines extraordinary landscapes, world-class hospitality infrastructure, and cultural depth that no European or North American retreat destination can match. For US and EU leadership teams, it is genuinely transformative.
Complete Psychological Distance
11 time zones from New York. True separation from headquarters creates the mental clarity that local offsites never achieve. Teams arrive present.
Superb Long-Haul Connectivity
Dubai is 7 hours from London, 13 from New York, and 9 from Paris. Direct flights connect 40+ US and EU cities. Delegates land fresh.
Unparalleled Venue Quality
From Burj Al Arab meeting suites to AlUla's Banyan Tree Asrar and Oman's Six Senses — the Gulf's luxury hotel stock consistently outperforms global equivalents at equivalent spend.
Political Stability & Safety
The UAE consistently ranks among the world's safest countries. Dubai operates a zero-tolerance safety environment. No security briefings or risk assessments required for standard groups.
"Our leadership team came back from AlUla genuinely changed. The environment made conversations happen that wouldn't have happened in London or New York. Worth every element of the journey."Chief People Officer — FTSE 100 Financial Services Firm

Retreat Formats
We design retreats around your team's strategic goals — not venue availability. Six proven formats, each fully bespoke.
Annual or quarterly strategy sessions with full logistical management — venue, AV, facilitator coordination, F&B and breakout programming. Designed around your agenda, not ours.

10 – 40 DelegatesPrivate, discreet board meeting environments with Five-star hospitality, ultra-high AV standards and absolute confidentiality. For boards that expect perfection.
8 – 20 DelegatesFacilitated programmes built around organisational purpose — using the Gulf's extraordinary environment to embed culture, values and shared narrative in ways that conference rooms cannot.
20 – 150 DelegatesExperiential team building woven through a multi-day programme — desert challenges, falconry workshops, dhow sailing races, Arabic cooking classes and more. Meaningful, not gimmicky.
20 – 300 DelegatesTwo or three Gulf destinations in a single programme — Dubai for business infrastructure, AlUla for wonder, Muscat for privacy. One team. Zero operational seams.
10 – 60 DelegatesRetreat Destinations
Every destination managed by our in-region team — the same people who negotiated the rates, walked the venues, and know which table faces the Burj.
UAE — Most Popular
The Gulf's business capital. Unmatched hotel infrastructure, world-class F&B, seamless long-haul connectivity and an unending programme of experiences. From Burj Khalifa penthouse dinners to private desert camps — Dubai delivers.
Saudi Arabia — Extraordinary
A UNESCO World Heritage landscape unlike anywhere on earth. Hegra's 2,000-year-old Nabataean tombs, Maraya — the world's largest mirrored building — and starlit desert dinners that no team ever forgets.
Oman — Private & Dramatic
Oman's dramatic wadi landscapes, boutique resort privacy and authentic Arabian culture. Ideal for smaller leadership retreats where seclusion and natural beauty drive the agenda.
Abu Dhabi · Doha · Bahrain
Abu Dhabi for cultural gravitas and Louvre dinners. Doha for the Corniche and Museum of Islamic Art. Bahrain for F1 hospitality and financial sector retreats. All managed by our team.

FAQ
The most common questions we hear from North American and European event planners exploring Gulf retreats for the first time.
We design and deliver strategy offsites, leadership retreats, board meetings, senior leadership team off-sites, culture & values sessions, and team-building retreats. Groups range from 10-person C-suite gatherings to 150-delegate leadership summits. Every programme is built from scratch — we don't run template itineraries.
It depends on your retreat objectives. Dubai is ideal for teams who want sophisticated urban infrastructure combined with desert access — and suits first-time Gulf visitors. AlUla is for leadership teams seeking a truly transformative, once-in-a-career environment — UNESCO heritage, extraordinary landscape, absolute exclusivity. Oman is perfect for smaller, more intimate retreats requiring seclusion and natural drama. We'll recommend the right fit based on your brief.
Extremely. Dubai has direct flights from over 40 US and European cities — Emirates, United, American Airlines, Lufthansa, British Airways and Air France among them. London to Dubai is 7 hours. New York is 13 hours. Most EU and US passport holders receive visa on arrival or free e-visa for the UAE. Saudi Arabia and Oman also offer streamlined e-visa processes for Western visitors. We manage all visa logistics as part of our standard service.
Budget varies significantly by destination, group size, hotel category and programme ambition. As a guide: boutique leadership retreats of 15–25 delegates to Dubai for 3 nights typically range from $1,500–$3,500 per person (land costs, excluding international flights). AlUla programmes command a premium given the destination's exclusivity. We provide fully itemised proposals — no bundled packages, no hidden fees. Our goal is transparency at every stage.
Yes — complete end-to-end management is our standard model, not an add-on. From the initial discovery brief through venue contracting, delegate logistics, visa management, programme design, F&B curation, experience sourcing, on-site delivery and post-event reporting — one team, one invoice, zero hand-offs. You shouldn't have to project-manage us.
For Dubai and UAE programmes, 3–4 months is comfortable. AlUla requires 4–6 months minimum due to the limited inventory at Banyan Tree Asrar and other exclusive properties. Multi-destination circuits or programmes during peak periods (October–March) benefit from 6–8 months lead time. That said, we've delivered exceptional retreats on shorter timelines — contact us and we'll tell you what's genuinely achievable.
